The warm soul of Italy meets the fertile lands of Thrace.
Hitaly was founded in 2019 in Tekirdağ with the dream of offering a boutique gastronomic experience that reflects the warm spirit and lifestyle of Italy. With our wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, fresh handmade pasta, and carefully curated wine selection, we aim to give our guests not just a meal — but the warmth and elegance of an entire culture.
Each dish prepared in our open kitchen is a reflection of craftsmanship and dedication; every glass that arrives at your table carries the story of vineyards and producers. We blend the deep-rooted traditions of Italian cuisine with a modern interpretation, offering a complete Italian experience — from atmosphere to service.
At Hitaly, the goal is not just to dine; but to converse, discover, share, and savor the small joys hidden in the details of flavor. We believe every visit should become a new story.
Although located on the Köseilyas road, we welcome our guests in our hidden front garden — a sincere and joyful environment far from the city's stress. In our open kitchen, we continue to bring our flavor enthusiasts a menu inspired by family recipes.
Our menu features Neapolitan-style pizzas, recognized as cultural heritage by UNESCO, alongside seasonally rotating products, fresh handmade pasta prepared daily, starters, meat selections, risotto, and gnocchi options — creating a strong and harmonious whole.
Our restaurant takes its name from a playful nod to the Thracian dialect — "H-italy" — referring to the omission of the "H" sound in the local accent. We stand out not only for our cuisine, but also for our carefully curated, award-winning wine cellar.
As the Hitaly family, we invite everyone seeking good food, quality wine, and great company to our tables.
Since opening in 2019, Hitaly Garden has earned a foundational place in Tekirdağ's culinary scene. Unlike chain restaurants, we are fully local, fully Tekirdağ-rooted. We anchor ourselves to the city's local culture, the fertility of Thrace, and the producers of this region — bringing the uncompromising standards of Italian cuisine to live in this land.
What defines us is not only authentic Italian cuisine, but also our long-term investment in Tekirdağ's gastronomic identity. We work directly with local producers, championing Thracian vineyards and Türkiye's indigenous grape varieties across regions. Every ingredient on the plate and every wine in the glass carries a story, a terroir, a producer.
Grown in the volcanic soils of Mount Vesuvius, protected by EU geographic indication. The foundation of all our sauces.
Authentic cheese from northern Italy, aged at least 24 months. Crystalline amino acid texture, deep umami. In our risottos and pastas.

Tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, ravioli, tortellini — handcrafted each morning with Tipo 00 flour and fresh egg yolks.
Italian classics + Thracian boutique vineyards + indigenous grapes from across Türkiye. Pairing recommendations for every dish.
Faithfulness to original Italian recipes combined with respect for Thracian local identity. No compromise on authenticity, no neglect of place.
Türkiye is one of the world's oldest wine-producing regions. Indigenous grape varieties grown across Anatolia — Papaskarası, Karasakız, Adakarası, Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Kalecik Karası — have depth that rivals international wines. At Hitaly Garden, we consider it a mission to honor both Italian classics and Türkiye's indigenous grapes on the same list.
We maintain direct sourcing relationships with three different boutique vineyards in Tekirdağ and surrounding regions. Thrace is one of Türkiye's most rooted viticultural centers; grapes have been cultivated here since the Byzantine era. Indigenous varieties (Papaskarası, Karasakız, Adakarası) and international cultivars (Sangiovese, Cabernet, Merlot) arrive at our table from these three vineyards.
Our list extends beyond Thrace, embracing the terroirs of Anatolia:
This diversity exists not just for variety, but to champion Türkiye's indigenous grapes and small producers. With each glass, our guest supports a winemaker's craft and a region's terroir.
Cipriani-style thin-sliced beef tenderloin, our house sauce (honey, mayonnaise, capers, mustard), balsamic glaze, Grana Padano, and arugula. Our signature antipasto.
UNESCO-recognized authentic Neapolitan — Tipo 00 flour, San Marzano DOP, mozzarella di bufala, stone oven, wood fire, 90-second cook. Margherita and Diavola particularly recommended.
Hand-rolled each morning from Tipo 00 flour and fresh egg yolks — served Bolognese, with mushrooms, or with truffle. Not interchangeable with dried pasta — it's a different category.
Northern Italian classic — bone-in veal shank, hours-braised in San Marzano sauce, finished with gremolata. Accompanied by Risotto Milanese.
Arborio rice with mushrooms, fresh truffle shavings, and 24-month Grana Padano. The Italian art of patience served in a bowl.
Classic Italian desserts — Mascarpone Tiramisu and vanilla Panna Cotta. Faithful to recipe, elegant in presentation.
